Ultimate Beach Retreat
If rest, relaxation and recuperation is what you are after then this is your perfect beach retreat. A short 10 minute stroll to the beautiful Fishermans Beach and just 15 minutes walk to the Mornington shops, cafes, galleries and boutiques. The beautiful vineyards are only a short drive away.
Situated in a quiet street backing onto a large park, this well loved family home offers all the comforts of home. It has a working open fire place, 3 bedrooms and a sunroom (comfortably sleeping 8 people).
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedrooms 2 and 3 have 2 single beds each and there is a double sofa bed in the living area.
There is a neat eat-in art deco kitchen and bathroom (with bathtub).
The private and secluded (fenced in) backyard features old trees and wide open spaces making it your own (and your pet's) private sanctuary.
After a wonderful day out enjoying the coastal views, Mornington culture or a vineyard tour you might like to sip wine on the sun drenched rear decking overlooking the gorgeous lush garden, have a family barbecue or snuggle on the couch in front of the open fire, depending on the season!
All linen, bedding and crockery is provided.
A gorgeous homelike holiday house. Its more upmarket than your average beach shack, its actually a home with lots of space, lovely interiors, a massive backyard and entertaining deck and a lovely front yard aswell. Perfect for a large family or for a group of friends with or without kids, there is many places to sleep. There's also a kids playground directly behind the house which is great for the kids. I loved it. Was so relaxing. I highly recommend it.

LocalityMORNINGTON PENINSULA
"The Mornington Peninsula has long been a favourite destination for lazy beachside holidays that come with green hinterlands and wild ocean beaches on the side.
Cliff-top mansions, lively local markets, grand historic gardens and galleries spilling over with art and antiques create colour and life around our seaside villages.
Our bays tempt you with every type of water sport you could wish for, from sailing to scuba diving, fishing to sea kayaking.
You can walk for quiet miles along coastal trails, through national parks and on peaceful country lanes, breathing in ocean-fresh air that's instant balm for the weary mind and body.
Indulgence is now something we also do very well on the Mornington Peninsula too.
Our wineries offer 50 cellar doors, along with restaurants and cafes set in beautifully landscaped gardens and on terraces overlooking the vines. A wine-tasting can stretch into lunch or dinner, and then into an overnight stay in a luxurious suite.
A game of golf on one of our 18 courses can also stretch into a post-game drink on a shady verandah, dinner in a fine restaurant and a night in a resort hotel right on the golf course.
How far do you have to travel to indulge in all this? We're just an hour from Melbourne, even though our Mediterranean-like coastline may make you feel we're a world away. PropertyThis is the perfect family home for all the family with or without pets to have some time together on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. Its proximity to Melbourne means easy access and minimal precious holiday time wasted.
