Situated in a quiet street backing onto a large park, this well loved family home offers all the comforts of home. It has a working open fire place, 3 bedrooms and a sunroom (comfortably sleeping 8 people).

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedrooms 2 and 3 have 2 single beds each and there is a double sofa bed in the living area.

There is a neat eat-in art deco kitchen and bathroom (with bathtub).

The private and secluded (fenced in) backyard features old trees and wide open spaces making it your own (and your pet's) private sanctuary.

After a wonderful day out enjoying the coastal views, Mornington culture or a vineyard tour you might like to sip wine on the sun drenched rear decking overlooking the gorgeous lush garden, have a family barbecue or snuggle on the couch in front of the open fire, depending on the season!

Indulgence is now something we also do very well on the Mornington Peninsula too.

Our wineries offer 50 cellar doors, along with restaurants and cafes set in beautifully landscaped gardens and on terraces overlooking the vines. A wine-tasting can stretch into lunch or dinner, and then into an overnight stay in a luxurious suite.

A game of golf on one of our 18 courses can also stretch into a post-game drink on a shady verandah, dinner in a fine restaurant and a night in a resort hotel right on the golf course.


How far do you have to travel to indulge in all this? We're just an hour from Melbourne, even though our Mediterranean-like coastline may make you feel we're a world away.
