Situated approximately 100m from Fisherman's Beach and approximately 800m from the bustling Main Street shops/cinema and cafes, you will love this location! Ocean views surround you from both downstairs and upstairs and help to make you feel instantly relaxed. At night from the upstairs deck, the city lights sparkle in the distance.

This double storey property is fully fenced and provides a private getaway. It has two open plan living areas, kitchen with dishwasher, central bathroom with separate toilet, a laundry, three bedrooms sleeping 7 people (1 x QB and 1 x trio bunk DB/SB downstairs and 1 x QB in upstairs bedroom). There is a WIR and ensuite with spa bath and separate shower adjoining the master bedroom upstairs.

There is heating and air-conditioning and even a bar area upstairs! Sliding doors open to the entertaining deck, where you can sit back and relax with friends/family, have a few drinks and watch the ships sail by!

Linen and towels available upon request. Pet friendly with prior approval (but no puppies).

Property

7 night minimum bookings over peak period 23rd December to 31st January. Linen/towels can be provided if required at a rate of $150.
Peak rate $2500/week rate.

3 night minimum bookings 1st February to 30th April. Linen/towels can be provided if required at a rate of $150. $2200/week rate.

One and two night bookings possible from 1st May to 22nd December but would need to bring your own linen/towels. $1600/week rate for 7 night stays. $400 for a one night stay, $650 for a 2 nights stay or $800 for a 3 night stay.
