The accommodation consists of two floors with a guest lounge, dining room, breakfast room and 4 guest bedrooms one with private formal lounge and all with their own ensuites.

The Lounge, Dining Room, Breakfast Room and 1 guest suite are located on the ground floor.

The Lounge

Relax in front of the gas log fire surrounded by beautiful oak panelled walls and soft muted lighting.

The Dining Room

The Dining Room has an extensive library and is the breakfast room for the Darcy Suite.

Enjoy a fully cooked sumptuous breakfast at your own table for two. All tables set with crystal and silver.

The Darcy Suite

The ground floor Darcy Suite includes double bedroom, large lounge with garden views from the bay window, spotless black and white bathroom all luxuriously appointed.

Second Floor consists of 3 guest bedrooms all with ensuites and two with their own private balcony.

The Oriental

Appointed with crisp white linen and burgundy thai silk curtains and accessories. Decorated with oriental pieces from across asia, the oriental is a luxurious and comfortable room. Equipped with flat screen TV, DVD, tea & coffee facilities. Private bathroom with small spa bath.

The Regency

The Regency is our honeymoon suite decorated in gold and crisp white linen. Large balcony overlooking Port Phillip Bay. From you bathroom you can sit in your private spa and look out over the bay while sipping champagne.

The Emerald

The Emerald Room is a truly beautiful room with private balcony. Step across the threshold close the door and you are transported back to a bygone era. Private ensuite with large spa bath.

All of our 4 guest bedrooms have spa baths, TV, DVD, Refrigerators, Radio, Coffee Making Facilities.

Two doors from fabulous swimming beach, watch the local fishermen hall in their catch.
Short stroll to Main Street where you can enjoy Cafe's, Restaurants shops and local produce at the Wednesday market.
At the end of Main Street the Mornington Pier, then a short stroll home again.

Charter a boat from the pier, visit the numerous wineries on the peninsula or the extensive antique markets in the area.

If golf is your game there is a wide range of golf courses with spectacular views.
