Holiday house

Situated on a 4 acre block on the river front, this house exceeds all expectations. The front door opens to an expansive living area which includes a lounge, dining area, bar and ultra modern kitchen. Floor to ceiling windows and doors provide panoramic views from nearly every room. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are all equipped with quality furniture and fittings. A magnificent sound system provides options for music inside, outside, downstairs or all 3 in combination. In addition to the flat screen television in the lounge area, the house has its own theatre room complete with reclining leather lounges! The extensive upstairs deck has outdoor dining and lounge areas and a hooded BBQ. Downstairs provides further undercover areas to accommodate 3 cars, a table tennis table and a flat top BBQ. The property and the location is simply stunning and needs to be added to your "must stay" list.
