Near new comfortable 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, short stroll to beautiful Moonta Bay beach, new pergola over rear deck providing essential shade, Austar(Foxtel), TV, DVD, playstation, split sys A/C in the lounge and 2 bedrooms.
"A great place to stay at. The house conditions was excellent. Should have connected the play station to the lounge room for a bit of privacy for adults. Had an extra room that noone could use could be idea as palyroom for kids. Only other minor problem not as close to beach as thought but not a major issue"

"We were disappointed with the location. Nothing wrong with the house but it was not a "beach" experience and I thought it was overpriced for the location. It was in Suburbia with very bare and dusty surroundings. No views and no trees and vegetation in the backyard."

"It was very well presented and nicely decorated. It is in an excellent location only being a few minutes walk to the beach. Although the property is advertised as allowing dogs outside I do not feel it is appropriate for dogs as the back yard only consists of gravel and a small decking with no appropriate shelter from wind or rain. There is a market umbrella alongside the outdoor furniture but basically the pets are not protected from the elements."

"We had a great time. House had everything plus more. Mr 3.75yr old loved all of the cushions. Dog loved the large yard (sorry if I missed picking up any of the poo). Only regret was 1wk was not long enough as we didn't get to do much sightseeing (plenty of relaxing but not much sightseeing). A very nice house and Moonta Bay Beach is beautiful. Hopefully we can book in again soon (this time for 2wks)."

"Our stay was during a 40 degree plus heatwave and were appreciative the air conditioners worked very well. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. A problem with Austar caused by previous guests messing with the cabling was promptly sorted once we were able to contact the owners. We'll definitely go back again and our dog loved it too!"
