Located a short walk to Moonta Bay beach and jetty. Perfect for swimming, beach and water sports with a protected area for swimming off Jetty and Pontoon, fishing and crabbing, kayak hire, playground, restaurants, takeaway shops and general store.

Five minutes from Port Hughes Jetty and Boat Ramp, and the Greg Norman Designed Golf Course.

The township of Moonta offers the Moonta Bay Golf Course, Wheal Hughes Mine and Moonta Mines & Museum, Movie Theatre, Foodland and numerous shops.

A 15 minute drive to Kadina offers a Country Target, Cheap As Chips, Go Lo, Woolworths, Farmers Market (once a month) and numerous other facilities.

This is a BYO linen property (Pillows, Quilts and Teatowels only are supplied).

Terms and Conditions

The tenant shall pay a Security Bond of $200.00 to act as security for breakages, losses, damage, additional cleaning, rubbish removal and the like. If no such losses occur the security bond willl be refunded in full by way of cheque or to a nominated bank account. The deposit will be the Security Bond of $200 and the Cleaning Fee of $50.00.

Cancellation notified less than 28 days prior to occupancy date will be entitled to a full refund.

Cancellations notified less than 28 days and more than 14 days prior to occupancy will forfeit Bond.

Cancellations less than 14 days prior to occupancy will forfeit all monies paid.
