Holiday house

This well-appointed home features three bedrooms, comfortably sleeping eight.

Main living room has 2 x 3 seater lounges, flat screen TV, DVD player, Austar and free-to-air TV.
The second living area has a chaise lounge, flat screen TV, DVD player (CD player) with surround sound, free-to-air TV.

Dining room has a 6 seater table and chairs. Split system reverse cycle air-con at either end of the house.
Ceiling fans in both living areas and the two main bedrooms (not in the 3rd bedroom due to the bunk bed).

Outdoor covered deck with 4 burner hooded BBQ. Fully enclosed yard, safe for children and pets. Swing set in the back yard to keep the kids happy while you are relaxing!

Off-street parking for boats etc (vacant lot next door).
Carport behind gates with parking for up to 2 cars.
Washing machine.
Well-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave.

CD player in second living area.
Waterproof sheets are kept in the laundry cupboard for small children if needed. Small assortment of games and activities for the children.

Elliott's Lodge has installed solar panels and also runs on rainwater for the best part of the year. We only switch to mains water for a couple of months a year, which we are very proud of.

A perfect getaway for couples or families.

It is situated in a quiet street just a few minutes walk from the beach. The booking and payment process was easy and straightforward with the owners very prompt to reply to email enquiries. Cancel 3-5 weeks prior 10% of cost of accommodation + admin fee
Cancel 2 weeks prior 50% of cost of accommodation + admin fee
Cancel within 1 week prior 100% of cost of accommodation

If taking pets (by prior arrangement only) you must adhere to pet rules otherwise you may not receive your full deposit refund.

We have a fully enclosed yard for pets. We do ask that pets stay outside and not inside on furniture and bedding etc. This is in the interests and health and safety of guests that stay that dont bring or have pet allergies.
