Holiday house

This property offers a very well presented home, situated 5 min walk to the beach.

3 bedrooms consisting of Bedroom 1 - 1 queen bed, Bedrooms 2 and 3 - Double bed with single bunk above, sleeping 8. All beds have quilts and pillows provided.
Hirer to supply own sheets, towels and teatowels.

Offering two new split system airconditioning, heating, fans, T.V, DVD, high chair and Washing Machine.

Kitchen has a full-size electric oven, microwave and large fridge/freezer.

Verandah at the back has large Gas BBQ and outdoor furniture.

Plenty of driveway space for the car, boat and trailer.

Fish cleaning station for the fisherman in the family.

Large enclosed block for the children to play.

Languages spoken: English(Basic)

Locality

Only a short walk to one of the best jetties and safe swimming havens on the York Peninsula!

Situated in Historic Moonta Bay where you will find pubs, antique shops, a wonderful bakery, historic features and the Moonta Mines Tourist Site!

Long Weekends it is required that you stay minimum of 3 nights and Easter 2011 is a minimum of 4 nights stay.

There is a $100 bond required which is payable before you stay and then refunded after you leave.

There will be a $25.00 cleaning fee charged, if the house is not left in the same condition that you received it.
