Holiday house

This property offers a very well presented home only minutes walk distance to beach.
Home has reverse cycle air conditioning in all rooms plus split system and gas heating in lounge room.
Lounge area consists of two lounges, T.V, DVD player and stereo with cd player.
Large enclosed backyard with covered veranda and plenty of room for kids to play.
Kitchen area has freestanding electric stove/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and general kitchen appliances.
Laundry area has washing machine and laundry trough. Automatic roller door with plenty of driveway space for car, boat or trailer

Locality

This property is in a great location as is walking distance to beach, jetty and kiosk/restaurant. 5 minute driving distance to Port Hughes boat ramp and the up-coming golf course.

This property feels very homely and comfortable for a relaxing time away with friends and great for families.
