Poppies B&B is located minutes off the M1 Highway and the Glasshouse Mtn Rd (Steve Irwin Way)15 mins from Caloundra & Sunshine Coast Beaches..
Set on 2 1/4 acres with a large dam and fragrant gardens, in a quiet rural residential area that leads to the delightful Mooloolah Valley Village. The B&B is opposite the Ewan Maddock recreational Dam, which is ideal for walking, kayaking and swimming. A large deck provides guests a get together point for a drink after a BBQ or if you prefer dine on your own deck and enjoy your privacy
No need to get up early.Cooked & Continental breakfast provisions with fresh fruit and home made marmalade & biscuits will be delivered to your door. The rooms have reverse cycle air conditioning for all seasons comfort.
French doors open to views of the dam & gardens.A well stocked kitchenette & appliances means that a quick snack can be made if you are too tired too dine at nearby resturants.
The rooms are individually designed with comfort & style in mind. The bathrooms have that touch of luxury that will take the stress out of life.Quality fluffy towells and bathrobes are supplied. Two bathrooms have slipper claw baths (bath oils & lotions supplied)for that romantic weekend.

Locality

Mooloolah Valley is a quiet Village with mainly rural properties. Horse riding is very popular. The Ewan Maddock Dam is idyllic in all seasons. Not many people and it is a great alternative to the busy beaches in summer. The area is very cenral, 15 mins to tourist attractions and majer shopping centres. A 9 hole golf course is 5 mins away and full golf courses are at Pelican Waters & Beerwah.Steve Irwin's Australia Zoo,Big Kart Track and Aussie World at the Ettamogah Pub complex are only a few minutes drive away.
