Sunbayz (Unit 2) at Mooloolaba has three bedrooms. One has a Queen bed and ensuite, one has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds. There is a separate large family bathroom, which also has a washing machine.

Kitchen is fully equipped with a convection oven / microwave, hotplate, fridge/freezer, toaster, electric sandwich maker, kettle and sink/drainer. Dining setting for 6 and a 6 seater lounge suite. Flat screen TV with digital channels, DVD and an assortment of movies. X-Box and games.

Complimentary tea & coffee starter pack supplied. Iron / Ironing board, hairdryer.

Linen and bath towels provided.

Balcony with outdoor seating overlooking the pool area.

There is another 2 bedroom apartment..Sunbayz Unit 1 which is pet friendly on the ground floor so at various times the whole house can to be rented at a rate of $200 per night. If this option is taken the whole property becomes pet friendly. The house is then able to sleep up to 10 people.....ideal for those family get togethers and cheaper than a backpackers!

Locality

Sunbayz is conveniently located within a couple of minutes walk to local shops which include a fish and chip shop,hairdresser, bottleshop and food store.

It is approx 10 - 15 minute walk to a Coles supermarket and the start of the famous Mooloolaba cafe strip where you can stroll along the Esplanade and enjoy a hearty breakfast or lunch overlooking the gorgeous coral sea. There is an abundance of shops and restaurants .....you will be spoilt for choice!

It is also approx a 10 minute walk to Alexandra headland where there is a surf club, ice cream shops and restaurants. From here you can enjoy a walk along the Esplanade to Mooloolaba taking in the beautiful scenery along the way.

Maroochydore is a short drive away where the large Sunshine Plaza shopping centre is located. There are also Cinemas and food halls in the complex . Maroochydore also holds a small market on Sunday mornings.

There are local lawns bowls clubs at Mooloolaba and Maroochydore.
Bus stops are close by and many of the local clubs offer a courtesy bus service.
