Saltwater Villas in Mooloolaba are quiet boutique villas away from the high rises and noise of the esplanade the perfect place to unwind and indulge.

Every apartment is air conditioned & beautifully furnished. The two bedroom waterfront unit interiors open onto private decks & courtyards. They overlook the heated lap pool and tranquil waters of Mooloolaba. Each unit has a modern self-contained kitchen. Both units can be booked for a large family (sleeps 9). If cooking isn’t quite your thing, enjoy a leisurely walk to the esplanade and choose from the many restaurants.

The one bedroom units (Non water views) full kitchen facilities, great for couples in need of a relaxing get-a-way, have a massage and enjoy a refreshing dip year round in our heated lap pool.

Check in time is 2:00pm and check out time is 10.00am. Late check out can be arranged (see reception). Onsite parking is available.

Two Bedroom Villas


Perfect location, with direct access to the pool area from their private courtyards, these Villas feature spacious living areas plus 2 bed rooms, two toilets and 1 bathroom. Great for a family.

Book both villas for a large family or two familys holidaying together, exclusive use of the pool can be arranged (just like a private house).
