This gorgeous holiday house beautifully captures the beach lifestyle of relaxation with superb luxury living. Exquisitely furnished with complete modern comfort in mind. So very close to the beach, Surf Club, playground, restaurants and shops.

Inside is a beautifully designed air-conditioned/heated 3 bedroom beach house(2 King size beds and 2 singles) with ceiling fans. All beds are chiropractic comfort and the King beds have an extra memory foam topper. Pure luxury sleeping awaits.

The classy resort style main bathroom has a large bath, a large modern rain shower rose, granite bench top and soft close toilet suite. The matching ensuite has a double shower with 2 roses and soft close toilet suite as well. Or you can opt for an outside hot and cold shower on the private deck.

The stunning granite kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern features including a dishwasher draw, microwave and an espresso coffee machine.

You can sit back in your luxuriously comfy lounge suite watching any Foxtel channel you want or a DVD on your plasma screen. Or the second King room has an LCD to watch T.V in private. But if you can not escape the real world completely there is an office desk in the front room with free wireless internet.

Most of your time would be spent on the large outdoor covered entertaining deck. This dining area, lounge area and 3 meter BBQ all over looking the dynamic picturesque solar heated pool with incandescent light water feature and sun chairs.

Will you ever leave to walk 1 minute to the beach or Surf Club?

As a separate area your dogs and/or children have the free run of the large grassed front yard with the security of a 6 foot fence.

A fantastic holiday spot where surf, sand and sun are on tap and within striking distance of Brisbane sums up the small town of Marcoola Beach on the Sunshine Coast.

It is arguably one of the best beaches on the Sunshine Coast, and with its wide stretches of golden sand and sparkling blue water it is the ideal environment for a family holiday.

Positioned centrally on the Sunshine Coast, Marcoola beach side has so much to offer.

Hyatt Regency Golf Coarse is 4 minutes North.
Coolum Cafés are 8 minutes North.
Noosa Hastings Street and National Park are 20 minutes North
Mooloolaba Wharf is 20 minutes South.

Now for evenings we can offer you the enjoyment of our fantastic Surf Club with all the club facilities. It has a fine restaurant serving beautiful meals to suit all, from gourmet seafood meals to Pizzas or chips.


POSITION OF HOUSES

Positioned 1 minute walk to the patrolled beach for the swimmers. Or 1 minute the other way to the dog friendly beach for the family dog/s to play, the fisherman to catch Whiting, Bream or Taylor and/or the surfer to catch a few nice waves. 2 minutes walk will take you to the covered children’s playground and Beach BBQ area with plenty of room to throw the footy or have a game of cricket. Across from this is the local corner shop and café /takeaway.

But if you love a nature walk/bike ride, it is 3 minutes walk or 1 minute ride from your door. A 3 meter wide path leads you through a most beautiful experience of bird and animal life while listen to the roar of the ocean all the way beside you.
