But don't for one second think this gives age to the interior décor.

Freshly renovated to ooze the comforts of our modern world. From the metallic colours, to stone bench tops, to beautiful linen, and to relaxing sitting areas with throw cushions galore throughout the property, free wireless internet.

Enjoy the crisp ocean breeze and warmth of the morning sun filter through the tropical palms to the front deck. This spacious patio has a timber dining setting and a cozy swing chair for 2.

On entry, the quality fully equipped stunning kitchen will impress any holiday chef. It also has a dishwasher for ease of cleaning and microwave for easy cooking. Dine under the modern chandelier at the sparkling Metallic glass top dining suite.

Put up your feet, relax, unwind and have a lazy day in front of the large plasma playing Digital TV, all FOXTEL channels or a DVD. The comfortable modern lay chair is also here for reading that great holiday book in the airconditioning or heating.

This beautifully furnished 3 bedroom home will impress all.

2 Queen beds, 2 Single beds and 1 trundle. All mattresses are quality chiropractic comfort. The Queen beds have an extra memory foam topper for absolute luxury sleeping. Each bedroom is airconditioned/heated and have ceiling fans. The children will enjoy having their own LCD TV in the privacy of their own room.

On entering the large back entertainment area pool. Undercover dining at the luxury wicker cushioned suite and outdoor matching luxury wicker lounge setting around the pool. The ideal Queensland lifestyle right here.

What a dream! Wit

There is an internal laundry with dryer and a hills hoist line out the back. The dogs can also sleep, roll and rest on the grass here in the fully secure fenced backyard and new fully fenced front yard too. This is of course after their short walk back from the beach.

2 mountain bikes are in the garage to enjoy the beautiful surrounds and nature path close by. We also provide a fishing rod, board games, tennis on a stick and other games and toys.

The Marcoola Beach on the Sunshine Coast is recognised as one of the most outstanding locations in Queensland with easy access to plenty of recreational activities including surf beaches, great fishing, walking track and major golf courses closeby either side.
Marcoola Beach is located just north of Maroochy River and boasts quiet uncrowded beaches.

Step outside your resort style home and enjoy similar resort facilities close by.
The houses are all positioned up to a 2 minute walk to the patrolled beach for the swimmers. Or up to 2 minutes the other way to the dog friendly beach for the family dog/s to play, the fisherman to catch Whiting, Bream or Taylor and/or the surfer to catch a few nice waves. Up to 3 minutes walk will take you to the covered children’s playground and beach BBQ area with plenty of room to throw the footy or have a game of cricket. Across from this is the local corner shop, masseur, restaurant and café / takeaway. But if you love a nature walk/bike ride, it is a 3 minute walk or 1 minute ride from your door. A 3 meter wide path leads you through a most beautiful experience of bird and animal life while listen to the roar of the ocean all the way beside you.

The newly renovated Marcoola Surf Club is up to 2 minutes walk from your door with pokies, bar, pool table, live music, restaurant, ATM and take away liquor.
To sum it up. Marcoola Beach is a perfect, peaceful holiday destination with everything you need within short walking distance and a short drive to tourist destinations.

Beautiful house, Great walks, Great Beaches. Such a wonderful place to relax & unwind. To be woken by the gentle sound of the running water from the lovely water feature in the pool was bliss. Would recommend Eumundi Markets on Wednesdays and Sundays, fantastic. The "boys" loved the beaches and there are so many other lovely dogs and owners in the area to make friends with.
