84 The Spit Beachfront Apartments are from floors one to three and the Oceanview apartments are from floors four to nine. All of the apartments are fully self-contained with full kitchen and laundry facilities, including dishwasher, microwave, full-size fridge, washer and dryer, DVD player and Austar.
