Your apartment has it's own kitchenette and refrigerator, so you are able to cook for yourselves or enjoy gourmet meals in the many and various local restaurants, including the nearby Flaxton Winery and the historic Mapleton Hotel.

You have your own private entrance to the apartment so you are completely private and self contained. Ingredients for a self-catered breakfast are suppled to your refrigerator along with complementary Port and chocolates. Tea and coffee making facilities are supplied and there is an expresso machine for those who love a real caffeine fix.

You can enjoy the glorious views from the mountains to the sea from your private deck, lounge by the pool, shop in the interesting boutiques of Montville and Maleny. In close proximity to the Great Walks of the Blackall Range, you can be as energetic or as relaxed as you choose.

Flaxton Rise has its own herd of friendly lowline cows and you are most welcome to make their aquaintance.

Flaxton Rise is ideally located for those attending weddings at the Flaxton Gardens Winery or just for couples looking to recharge their batteries away from the bustle of their normally hectic lives.

Located close to Montville/Flaxton and Mapleton and only 20 minutes from the coastal strip of Mooloolaba and Maroochydore, Flaxton Rise offers you access to all the Sunshine Coast has to offer. We are close to the walking trails of Kondalilla Falls, Mapleton Falls and the Great Walks experience if bush walking and exercise are for you. A short drive of approximately 35 minutes brings you to Australia Zoo, the legendary home of Steve and Bindi Irwin. Noosa's legendary Hastings Street is also only a short drive away (approx 40 minutes) as is also the famous Eumundi Markets on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Our friendly cows would enjoy a visit and we can provide hay and molasses for you to feed them.
