Guest house, Self-contained apartment, Horse Riding Tours

Office Hours: Monday to Saturday 9am-6pm & Sundays CLOSED (self check-in by prior arrangement only).

NOTE: This property is let for a minimum 7 nights stay only.

Self-contained 1 bedroom studio has free in-room wireless internet, 1 double bed with linen & towels, a full size fridge/freezer, digital TV & DVD player, double wardrobe, ceiling fan in bedroom, heating & air conditioning, etc.

On-site parking is NOT always provided, however plenty of parking is available on the quiet avenue just outside the property.

Our speciality is 1 & 2 hour horse trail rides through the Mount Dandenong forest. Bring your boots for the ride - everything else supplied. 1 hour ride suitable for beginners. (4 hour ride sometimes available). Cost: $35.00 or $50.00 per rider.

The property can cater for up to total 2 adults only.

Smoking is permitted outside only.

IMPORTANT: Accommodation MUST be left clean & tidy on departure (as found) or 'Cleaning Fees' will be charged extra. Cleaning up (during stay & after departure) is NOT included in room rate & must be done DAILY by lodger/s. Minimum charge $50.00.

Use of gas BBQ (fee applies).
Office Hours: Monday to Saturday 9am-6pm. Latest check-in is 10pm & will incur an extra 'late check-in' fee as will an earlier check-in.
