COME AND HOLIDAY AT THE COTTAGE, SITUATED IN SYDNEYS BEAUTIFUL NORTHERN BEACHES.

The cottage comprises 1 bedroom with queen sized bed and fitted wardrobes. The kitchen living area has a double sofa bed, a dining table and chairs , TV with Foxtel and DVD and CD player. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, small oven, kettle, toaster and full sized fridge freezer. There is a range of crockery, cutlery and utensils.
Off of the Lounge area is a separate Shower room which includes toilet and vanity unit.
Outside , over looking the solar heated pool, is the covered patio with table and chairs, pool loungers and gas BBQ.
The cottage is situated in its own garden at the back of the main house and is fully self contained.

The cottage is situated approximately 10 minutes walk to both Mona Vale and Warriewood surf beaches and a short drive to a number of other beaches between Manly and Palm Beach. In season, the migrating whales can be seen from various headlands.
Mona Vale town centre is less than 1km away and offers 3 large supermarkets, a variety of cafe, restuarants and wine bars, boutique shops, hairdressers, beauty salons, a gym and a number of other shops to cater for all your needs.
Public transport is available 5 minutes walk away, with regular direct bus services south to Manly and Sydney City, or North to Newport, Avalon or Palm Beach.
Within walking distance of the cottage, you can find Golf courses, Tennis courts and bowling greens, as well a a multi screen cinema.

When not relaxing by the pool at the cottage or riding the waves at the world renowned surf beaches there are many other activities to fill your time.
The PIttwater offers calmer waters to cruise by boat or by kayak, both available to hire at various locations a short drive away. From Palm Beach there are scheduled boat services to various points around Pittwater and scenic trips to The Hawkesbury and The Central Coast.
