3 bedroom all furnished funky retro! sleeps 9 people all modern features!
great views of the ocean, open planned living with all the conforts of home! In Garage is a table tennis table to play! & entertaining Deck & a child safe yard, Airconditioning and much more , relax & unwind and enjoy your holiday's and come & stay at Seaside Beach house!

Locality

We are 100 metres for the beach!
Mollymook Beach is located an easy 2.5 hour drive south from Sydney and 1.5 hours from Canberra. Mollymook is located near the Historic rural township of Milton and the bustling commerical town of Ulladulla on the south coast.
One of the attractions of the area is the pod of Dolphins that are often seen surfing the waves at Mollymook beach.
A short stroll from Seaside Beach House will take to Mollymook Beach for great swimming and surfing - the beach is patrolled during summer months at the Soutern end not far from Seaside Beach House.
There is a natural rock pool- "Bogey Hole" at Collers Beach just a few minutes walk from the beach at Mollymook around the Headland from the Surf club, which is a great place to take the kids swimming & snorkelling.
You might like to try one of many 4WD trails or walking trails at Pigeon House Mountain. Or try deep sea fishing from one of many charter boats that leave from Ulladulla Harbour.
There is 2 Golf courses to choose from - the 9 hole course located at Mollymook beachside or the Hilltop 18 hole championship course. Mollymook golf club on the beach provides a great spot to have a relaxing drink and meal with great views.
There is a great range of restaurants, cafes seafood at the Ulladulla wharf or relax & have fish & chips on the beach.
Ulladulla is approximately a 5 minute drive from Mollymmok Beach and is a large commercial town where you will find major Supermarkets, Banks, Cafes,Baker's Delight,Movie theatre, Funland for the family to enjoy with rides and games to play. The ulladulla wharf markets are held every 2nd sunday of the month.
At Milton you will find a number of craft shops, antique stores and galleries, plus a number of gourmet cafes and fresh organic food providers.Milton a great place for fresh scones!
A country market is held at Milton the first Saturday of every month. Milton Hospital.

A short car trip will take you to nearby Narrawallee beach and inlet, which is perfect spot for fishing, Bbq picnic!

Seaside's modern renovation includes three bedrooms ( 2 with queen size beds, and one room with 1 set bunk beds & a tri-bunk 1 main bathroom with bath/shower/toilet & also an extra shower/toilet, Spacious lounge/dining area all open planned, modern kitchen fully fitted out! Laundry and a large Deck of the back with outdoor setting listening to the local birds. christmas 3 night min stay
The House is furnised is a very modern and comfortable style.
Dishwasher,microwave, 72 cm flat screen tv, 5 stack cd player, Split system airconditioner for cooling & heating.
There is a tv area for the children with Tv & dvd/video with a selection of free movies some toys provided for smaller children ( Portable cot) There is a games room for the entire family to enjoy with a Table tennis table , darts and many othe board games!
The large deck has comfortable setting & BBq & umbella!
Doonas, light blankets for summer months are supplied-- All you need to bring are queen sheets & single sheets ,double sheets Bath towels & Beach towels.
All linen we supply mattress proctectors,doona covers, teatowels are all supplied fully laundered for all guests.

The house will easily accommodate 2 couples with 5/6 children & a portable cot.

THERE IS NO SMOKING POLICY INSIDE THE HOUSE, NO PETS IN THE HOUSE, ONLY IN BACKYARD!

Terms booking: cancellation weekend $50 & 3 to 5 day stay $80 charge 2 months prior cancellation 10% 1 month proir 20% 2 weeks prior 50%
