Fairview Beach House is a relaxing getaway located at Mollymook Beach on the NSW South Coast. Only 600m from Mollymook Beach, this charming house with ocean views from its dining room and extensive outdoor entertainment area also offers a lush garden that is frequented by native birds. This ambience makes it a perfect setting for relaxing over your meals or while having some quiet time with a book or your favourite music.

Locality

Fairview Beach House is a 10 minute walk from Mollymook Beach.

Mollymook boasts two golf clubs, cafes and world class restaurants. The fishing port and town of Ulladulla is a 5 minute drive away, there you will find a good selection of restaurants, cafes, shops and cinema. The historical and charming township of Milton, with its quaint shops and cafés, is a three minute drive away.

Fairview Beach House is three hours drive south of Sydney and two and three quarters hours drive east of Canberra.

Property

The rest of the Fairview Beach House consists of a living room, kitchen, and three bedrooms: main with a queen bed, second with a double bed and the third with a bunk bed and single bed. The bathroom has a shower and a cast iron bath, which is perfect to soak and relax in. There is an additional shower and toilet in the downstairs laundry.

Fairview Beach House also offers an entertainment room with pool table and piano.
