Aqua Shores Studio is located on the ground floor of our popular award winning AAA 5 Star apartment directly opposite Mollymook Beach. It was designed for 2 guests who wanted a short stay and luxury accommodation at a budget price. Large open space living area with Kitchenette, Ensuite, Robe. includes Queen bed, 2 Plush Leather lay back Lounges, Adjustable wall mounted TV, Surround Sound cd/dvd, Reverse cycle Air Conditioner, Ceiling Fan, Underfloor Heating in main living area and ensuite, Covered patio area with BBQ and Setting. Pet Friendly for small pets, Off street parking. Close to all amenities.

Famous chef Rick Stein's restaurant is located 600m north.

Studio apartment is located on the ground floor of Aqua Shores Mollymook Beach 5 Star AAA Tourism holiday apartment. This Studio apartment has the same quality products and furnishings that are found in our 5 Star apartment. This apartment can be used in conjunction with our main apartment to allow 8 guests stay in luxury. 30m to the sand of popular Mollymook Beach and has uninterrupted beach and ocean views.
