Luxury accommodation consists of 180deg view of the beach, Austar, 4 tv's, 2 dvd's, spa bath, ensuite, under floor heat, bath room heaters, rev. cycle air cond, free wireless internet, free local telephone, full size Kitchen laundry, safe, water filter, dimmer lighting, outdoor security lighting, security parking in garage for 1 car, tea coffee milk chocolate biscuits and gift on arrival & much more.

Aqua Shores is located centre of Mollymook Beach which is 3 hours south of Sydney & 2.5 hours east of Canberra. Ideally located with many activities to choose from Two golf courses Beachside 9 hole & International Hilltop 18 hole rated one of the top 100 in Australia. Fishing from one of many locations Beach right out front, lakes, river & ocean. 4 WD many off road trails, Walking trails, Lawn Bowls. For the kids-Funland, 10 Pin Bowling, Aquatic Centre, All weather Tennis Courts. All this within 10 minutes from Aqua Shores.

Property

Our location makes it one of the best on Mollymook Beach. During summer months many surf board competitions are held opposite Aqua Shores.
With its 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full size kitchen, laundry along with open plan living area & covered-in BBQ area, full length glass balcony, all main living areas have breathtaking beach & ocean views. Now with our separate Studio apartment on the ground floor this can be combined with the 3 bedroom apartment where 8 guests can now stay in absolute luxury or they can be rented separately.
