ABSOLUTELY NO FUNCTIONS TO BE HELD AT THIS PROPERTY This stunning and spacious home is ideal if you just want to get away from it all. This air conditioned beauty has a large deck out the back for entertaining and a large inground pool. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, everyone has plenty of space to themselves to unwind. Or if entertaining is more your style, there is more than enough space for this! Walk to local shops and restaurants, or just a few minutes drive to the Caloundra CBD with a number of shops, restaurants and venues to keep you entertained. This is the ideal holiday house if style, space, relaxation and the right location are on the agenda. PRIVATE FUNCTIONS CAN NOT BE HELD AT THE PROPERTY The lounge room consists of two 2 seater lounges, stereo player, 68cm television and DVD player. The dining room consists of two 2 seater couches and a dining setting to suit 10. Bedroom 1 consists of a queen bed, television and wardrobe, the ensuite has a shower and vanity unit, bedroom 2 consists of 2 single beds and a wardrobe, bedroom 3 consists of 2 single beds and a chest of draws, and bedroom 4 which is downstairs consists of a queen bed and wardrobe. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The bathroom downstairs consists of a bath, shower and vanity, with separate toilet. The laundry consists of a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. There is a balcony upstairs with an oudoor setting and 2 sun lounges. There is a double lock up garage. The yard consists of an inground pool, BBQ and outdoor entertainment setting. The house is airconditioned. Please be advised that there is no smoking permitted in the house, and whilst pillows and blankets are supplied, you will need to bring your own towels and linen.
