Holiday house

This house is situated in the heart of Moffat Beach. Only a few minutes (m) walk from a pet friendly beach and child friendly parks, which is great as the owner has allowed for a SMALL well behaved dog to join you on your holiday. You will find this house is within comfortable walking distance to alfresco dining in both restaurants and cafes. A few small convenience shops are also dotted around the area. Within the walls of this 2 story house you have the convenience of 2 living areas. A pool table and small bar area are also supplied in a glassed room opposite the swimming pool. The decor throughout is very fresh and appealing and there is plenty of room for the children to lay around and do their own thing. 3 bedrooms downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs and comfortably sleeps 9. Beds consist of: Upstairs 2 x Queen beds, downstairs has 2 Queen beds and 2 singles. The kitchen has all the modern conveniences and the ice maker in the refrigerator door is a great bonus. The laundry is complete with washing machine and dryer. The swimming pool is lit to give an ambiance that some resorts could only hope to create. Pillows and blankets are provided but you will be required to supply your own linen.
