Holiday house

Executive beach waterfront holiday getaway home with exquisite open plan top elevation to create that relaxed serene feeling. Fully equipped state of the art kitchen facilities, bathrooms and living space. Only a few steps from the beach, this house is suitable only for those wanting to escape the daily grind and become one with the sea. Close to neighbouring wine regions McLaren Vale & Willunga, with plenty to see & do if you so wish. Just as charming in winter, snuggle in and watch the rain fall with a hot cup of cocoa.

I stayed at Moana for the weekend, and thorougly enjoyed the experience. The kitchen and upstairs living area are fantastic with balcony views, simply amazing. A few steps and we were on the beach, taking daily walks! Everything we needed and more was supplied and we would defintley visit again soon.

Locality

We are located on the beach south of Adelaide, 50 minutes drive from the city centre. This loaction is secluded and on a private road right on the beach. For wine lovers, neigbouring McLaren Vale and Willunga are fantastic places to visit for a quite meal or wine appreciation. The beach is excellent for walking & swimming.

Property

The backyard and laundry are still under construction because the house is newly built and modern, with spacious interior that extends out onto a balcony overlooking the sea. This place is really for a couple who wants to escape and have a romatic getaway, without being confined to a small apartment or communal livng area. Secluded and quite, the beach paints a landscape beyond any other.
