Lyn Cottage is your quintessential Southern Highlands country cottage. Situated at the foot of Mt Gibraltar amongst towering pine trees on 1/4 of an acre, Lyn Cottage is a tranquil haven close to everything the Highlands has to offer.

This two bedroom, fully self-contained cottage has been meticulously restored and luxuriously decorated with a New England feel.

The generous open plan living embraces the wood burning fire. French doors open out from the spacious main bedroom onto a private deck overlooking the garden. The second bedroom is bathed in natural sunlight and features a double brass bed.

Lyn has a fully equipped bespoke chef's kitchen, leadlight windows, polished floor boards, high ceilings, private entertaining area and large fenced rear garden with off street parking.

The cottage is within easy walking distance of fabulous restaurants, cafes, shops, markets and antiques or just a short drive to Bowral, Berrima, art galleries, golf courses, local wineries and beyond. For those guests without a car, transport is within easy walking distance.

Ideal for couples, business people, visiting doctors & specialists to the area, wedding couples or their guests, artists, musicians, writers, family, friends or those simply wanting to escape the city for a peaceful country break.

Close to everything including national parks, the local pool, Lake Alexandra, horse riding, markets, tulips, nurseries, Sturt cafe & gallery, Frensham.

Simply wanted to say a huge thank you for such a lovely stay at Lyn Cottage, all the thoughtful finer touches, such as the linen and a well stocked kitchen really make for a gorgeous stay, we thoroughly relaxed and enjoyed our evenings by the fire. The cottage is fabulous thank you. We had a perfect night by the fire.
