Locality

Devonshire House is in the main street of the quiet village of Mintaro. The entire town is heritage listed and is a pleasant place to stroll in historic surrounds. Martindale Hall historic residence in only 2 kilometers away and there are 22 wineries within 20 kilometers of the property. Enjoy both relaxing rural walks,or ride the famous Reisling trail on your bicycle

Property

Devonshire House is a large sandstone residence built in 1856 and is surrround by extensive gardens. Large rear patio featuring local mintao slate and set in private Tuscan style garden. The Long room is the original town meeting hall and the property also has a large stable on the rear block set in pretty rural surrounds.

LONG ROOM: Midweek rates $340.00 per night for two couples, Friday and Saturday nights $360.00 per night for 2 couples.(Long room has 2 seperate bedrooms with queen sized beds and is suitable for couples travelling together).
