This enticing beachfront home has it all, great views, great swimming, great fishing and in a great spot ! Directly across from Minnie Water Main Beach and an easy stroll to the Minnie Water General Store.
The property has been completely refurbished with new kitchen, granite bench tops, dishwasher,tile and wooden floors throughout and new bathroom. Main bedroom has its own second toilet and vanity. With 3 TV's if you have a decoder for Fox bring it with you as there is a dish on the roof to connect to. Outdoor BBQ area and large yard, room for the car and boats here and then some room left over for the kids cricket match.
Front and side verandahs both support views of the beach and ocean.
