Upstairs is a fantastic spot to escape from the kids, watch TV or watch the boat lights of a night whilst enjoying that evening wine, and the cool summer ocean breeze.

Downstairs is an open plan living, with dorm style sleeping at one end. The lounge area supports tv, dvd, & stereo.

Seperate combined shower, toilet and laundry room and a large wrap around deck with gas BBQ (byo gas bottle). Room for the boat and carport parking room for two cars.

Locality

Minnie Water is one of the smaller villages along the New South Wales coast.

It is a developer's holiday rest - no further development - EVER.

Coastal walks are varied in landscape and length. Ten minutes walk to Back Beach; 2 minutes to the headland; 5 minutes to the lagoon. Or perhaps 15 minutes down to the surf life saving beach and general store.

Wooli with its hotel and bowling club are 15 minutes drive; or duck down to the Wooli River mouth for fishing, swimming or canoeing up the river.

Minnie Water is a well-know fishing location, within the Solitary Islands Marine Park. The Marine Park is about protecting fisheries, and allowing recreational use. There is estuary fishing, rock fishing, beach fishing and river fishing.

The intimate nature of the accommodation is one thing, with privacy and quiet except for the noise of the ocean of an evening; moonlit nights along the beach are another; and the ability to walk beautiful beaches and coastal walkways in both directions is pretty well all you need. A meal at the local well serviced hotel at Wooli, and a take away to any of the nearest beach or river spots certainly sets the scene for a relaxing and intimate time
