The Mindarie area is great here you will find some great places to sit, eat and relax with family and friends and maybe watch the crayfish boats,motor boats and yachts entering and leaving the small seaside habour.
The home is also close to public transport - which is great for new migrants - local shops - deli, bakery, chemist, bottleshop and takeaway restaurants and also the great family restaurant "Hogs Breath Cafe"

Sleeping 6 people, this delightful cottage has a spacious family meals area, 3 bedrooms plus a studycomputer nook with free broadband access.

The secure terraced home is fully equipped with linen and towels. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridgefreezer and much more. The reverse cycle ac family living area has a television with playstation and cd player, games & books, and comfortable dining area. The master bedroom has an en-suite with large walk in robe. The two children's bedrooms are near the family bathroom and separate toilet and laundry with washing machine, and linen cupboard. A porta-cot, high chair and stroller are available on request at no extra cost.

You can take a short walk down to the beautiful Clayton's Beach (home to many body boarders and surfers) or take a short drive along the to the patrolledswimming beach in Quinns Rocks
