The House.

This amazing property features 3 separate floors offering a variety of delights to suit everyday living.

The ground floor has the double lockup garage with entrance to the house, two large bedrooms, one with television, lovely lounge area also with television to relax and unwind, fabulous bathroom and decked outside area.

The second floor hosts the main living areas. A beautiful galley kitchen, complete with breakfast bar designed to encourage conversation and interaction. This sociable kitchen is very functional for whipping up a casual meal or entertaining guests.

The built in bar offers an escape to enjoy a beverage and admire the marina view, or sip a cocktail on the upper balcony and watch the amazing sunsets across the Marina and ocean. If you are lucky you may even see the fish eagles residing close by catching fish for their dinner.

Relax in the comfort of the lounge room watch the LCD television and enjoy a casual evening at home. Or enjoy a formal meal at the 8 seat dining table, taking in the spectacular artwork and furnishings.

The top floor is dedicated to the master bedroom with massive walk in robe, huge bedroom with LCD TV and sitting area, lovely bathroom and the most spectacular views of the Marina and ocean.

Wake up to the sun rising and the crisp view of the ocean and smell the fresh sea air. What an amazing way to start the morning. Have breakfast on the balcony or enjoy reading a book with the soft sound of the local nature.
