This brand new 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house is situated 5 min walk to the train station - 25mins to Perth.
Ocean Keys Shopping Center is only 2 minutes in the car and next door is the Whale and Ale Tavern that serves fantastic food. They also have live music at the weekends.
Beautiful sunset beaches are very close by, with Mindarie Marina only 5 minutes away by car with Restaurants and Pubs on the water front.
