The ground floor has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom both with built in wardrobes. There is also a fully equipped laundry, seperate toilet and bathroom with shower and seperate bath. At the rear on this level there is a BBQ courtyard area with seating for 10.
Level one there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dinning area, lounge with cable TV and balcony with marina views.
The top level houses the master suite with a Spa bath, seperate shower, seperate toilet, walk in robes and balcony with marina and ocean views.
