Holiday house, Self-contained apartment

Toscano on Olive offers the ultimate Mildura city central self contained accommodation. 3 large bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and 1 with two single beds. The main bedroom having an ensuite.Also there is a fold out double sofa bed in the living room.
Toscano boasts a fully equipt kitchen with dishwasher, microwave , gas cooktop and fan forced oven. Large pantry and stainless steel refridgerator. Our townhouse has brand new comfy beds and all white bed linen and towels supplied.
Two bathrooms and one powder room,all with ceiling height mirrors.
Reverse cycle airconditioning ducted to all rooms and ceiling fans makes for the ultimate in comfort. Toscano's kitchen and large living area overlooks the enclosed manicured back yard with BBQ and outdoor setting.
The remote control double garage at the rear of the yard offers total protection for your cars or boat.
There is a large LCD Tv ,Ipod dock, CD and DVD player in the living area and another TV in the main bedroom.

Locality

Only 200 metres walk to all of Mildura's award winning restaurant, cafe's and shops. Walk to the Murray river, the lawn tennis club, the Auatic centre (wave pool and out door pools).
Visit the Historic Rio Vista, take a boat cruise on the Murry river, tour to Mungo Station or visit one of the many wineries. May be an early morning hot air balloon flight.....
