Welcome to River Gum, a spacious 4 bedroom holiday home PERFECT for a relaxing getaway in sunny Mildura. Fully refurbished throughout, River Gum boasts a modern kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, microwave, dishwasher, spacious pantry, gas cooktop and an electric fan-forced oven. All crockery, glassware and cooking utensils are also provided, along with a fabulous selection of books, games and DVDs, a Baby-Bjorn and Jolly Jumper, a highly acclaimed Springfree trampoline, sandpit, play equipment and Playstation 2 with games!
Dining is a breeze with the large 8 seat table on comfortable high back leather chairs. A high chair is also available.
Relax and unwind in the large lounge area, complete with a 42" LCD HD TV, DVD player and range of DVDs. A variety of games are also available.
There is an ensuite to the master bedroom, and a second larger main bathroom complete with a large corner bath. Enjoy endless gas hot water showers and baths after a busy day of entertaining the family.
Don't forget to enjoy some alfresco dining in the fabulous outdoor entertaining area complete with a gas BBQ, 10 seat outdoor setting, solar guard blinds and stainless steel overhead fans.
