This stylish & contemporary executive residence spanning over 25 squares is a welcome surprise, oozing with luxury & charm and you can feel this immediately as you step inside showcasing all the features which are sought after on holidays but rarely found.

Massive infusions of light & natural tones compliment the vast open plan residence featuring bi-folding doors opening onto modern & generous surrounding expanses designed for indoor/outdoor entertaining & alfresco dining.

The fully equipped designer kitchen with concealed fridge/freezer, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and a 3m palatial sociable island bench flows effortlessly to the expansive dining room overlooking landscaped courtyards featuring succulent plantation & water features.
The dining options are many - Dim the lights and relax with loved ones while eating dinner in the spacious internal dining room or open the bi-fold doors to bring the outside in and dine under the moonlight in the external courtyard.

Boasting 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms, each room is individually and personally styled. 3 bedrooms feature Queen size beds and the 4th bedroom accommodates 2 single beds with the room being specifically dressed to the gender / age of the guests at each visit. A double bed is situated off from the family room. A spacious chic 2nd bathroom with shower & separate toilet is located central to other bedrooms.

The master bedroom features sliding door to the outdoor courtyard enhancing the open feel of the room, the light filled lavish ensuite bathroom includes a separate shower, luxurious bath and sep toilet. Light the candles, dim the lights, turn on the music, enjoy a glass or 2 of your favourite champagne all while soaking in the deepest and largest bath that overlooks a private courtyard.
