Holiday house

This outstanding home boasts private courtyards with vast lawns and landscaped garden beds which encase the outdoor swimming pool and large outdoor entertaining area.

Quality furnishings and decor is displayed throughout the home with bedding supplied for the two queen beds and four king single bunk beds (bunks comply with Australian Safety Regulations).
Fully airconditioned for summer and winter months and a wood fire is also available in Winter.
The spacious fully equipped ' easy to navigate around' kitchen leads out to the dining room which can seat 10 people comfortably and is ideal for the family get together or dinner party.
The loungeguest room and family room each house a 50" flat screen TV and DVD player and the rooms are at each end of the home which is ideal for quiet retreats and privacy.
The double remote lockup garage accommodates two-three cars and even the boat and trailer!
The family dog is welcome to have a holiday as well and there is an outdoor kennel provided for its' accommodation, but notification of this occurrence is appreciated.

Conveniently located close to the central shopping precinct, many restaurants, cafes, hotels and tourist attractions.
The bus stop is located directly outside Riverside on Eighth with services to Centro Plaza and nearby towns.
A children's playground and tennis courts are situated nearby and the Majestic Murray River is only a stone's throw away for fishing, power sport and peaceful river walks.

Suitable for couples, families and corporate clients that require privacy and a very comfortable stay in quality accommodation in Mildura.
