Cottage

Moontongue Eco Adventure Holiday Cottages are fully self contained with all new appliances in both units which include large flat screen TV's mounted on the wall, DVD player, Stereo, Microwave, electric stove, Fridge, Washing machine with Clothes Dryer Available. All beds are brand new as is carpet and paint work. The outdoor entertaining area is fully paved and landscaped with feature timber decking, shade sails and table and chairs.THere is a fly/mozzie proof entertaining area as well. There is a new BBQ with gas bottle. Cottage has off street parking for 3 cars with 2 under cover. THere is secure boat parking over the road if required.

This property is ideal for relaxing, enjoying nature, and strolling to the pub or the river. All customers so far have been most impressed.Come and try it.

Locality

Moontongue Eco Adventure Holiday Cottages are located on the southern side of the Sturt Hwy as you enter Gol Gol coming from Sydney. It is about 8 minutes from the main shopping centre of Mildura. The cottages are about 150m from the Gol Gol Hotel which has fantastic meals and cold beer. The Hotel has lovely green lawns which flows down to the Mighty Murray River for you to relax on.Next to the hotel is a lovely well kept park with a child playground and tennis courts for hire. THis park also flows down to the mighty Murray and has a boat ramp and fantastic swimming beach. Across form the hotel is the Gol Gol General Store which has all your take away items, bread , milk, papers etc. About 3km towards Mildura is a BP service station with an IGA 24 hour Supermarket. For those experiencing car trouble Gol Gol Automotive is just across the road as well. Moontongue Eco Adventure Kayak Tours are part of this business and can provide you with a fantastic kayak adventure along the Mighty Murray River or Moontongue Creek

Property

The property has so much to offer that you really do not need to go anywhere else. Next door is a superb garden with a multitude of birdlife which you can sit and watch from the entertaining area at the back of this property. There is a rural outlook back towards the Murray River and Gol Gol or Moontongue Creek. It is close to the hotel and shop and only a short drive from Mildura.

The house has 2 units inside.Both units are fully self contained. Unit 1 is 2 bedroom with one double bed, 3 single beds and an extra bed in the lougeroom. Rates start at $120 per couple (with 2 children) and increase by $25 per extra person.If there are more than 5 people or 2 families who would like some privacy we open up unit 2. The charge for the 2 units start at $200 per night for 4 adults and 3 children. If there are more than 4 adults then its an extra $25 per person.
