Featuring 7 Bedrooms & 5 Bathrooms, it is suitable for groups of up to 10 to 12 people: fully self - contained so all you need to bring is clothes, food, & refreshments. Relax in the peaceful surrounds with a large variety of native wildlife including kangaroos, emus, and parrots. You will enjoy a truly relaxing stay and have the oppurtunity to take full advantage of the Mighty Murray River by using BBQ/Party Pontoon Boat, fishing tinnie, canoes, kayaks, and pedal cat watercraft included with your accommodation. Some fishing gear is supplied with a "Fishing License", but some conditions apply, bag & size limits as per N.S.W. fishing regulations.

Locality

Located a short drive only 1.5 hours from Mildura, via Wentworth, it will be your perfect getaway!
Travel out the "Old Renmark Road" past Wentworth Aerodrome until end of bitumen, turn left into Rufus River road via Lake Victoria; follow this gravel road through Rufus River Regulator until pass the Lake Victoria Works Depot and continue on for another 8 kilometres until reach white 44 galoon drum letterbox turn left homstead is through locked gate approximately 2 kilometres along this track past shearing shed and rain water tanks.

Property

The Homestead itself is only a short 50 metre walk through 4 acres of "Old English Style Gardens" fully fenced with their own " and "Yabbie Pond" and "Worm Farm" for those wishing to catch their own bait before they try their luck at some fishing, or try to add to the extensive list of bird sightings on the property.
