Holiday house, Fibro weekender

3 bedroom beach shack with open plan kitchen, dining and loungeroom. Renovated throughout including kitchen and bathroom. Decking along front and back of property with grassed areas for kids to play and landscaped to fit within the surrounding nature reserve. On the bike path between Goolwa and Victor Harbor. Great bakeries, restauarants and hotels 5minute drive.

We really enjoyed our stay at Shack by the Sea. The location and accommodation were perfect and the surroundings very peaceful. Locality

Middleton is a town in South Australia on the eastern end of the south coast of the Fleurieu Peninsula. It is situated between the towns of Port Elliot and Goolwa. A holiday and tourist destination with a popular surf beach. Some Southern Right Whales calve and mate in the waters off Middleton's beaches and can be viewed from Middleton Point or Bashams Beach during the whale watching season (June or July to October).

Beach access – can see path from the front deck, tuck your board under your arm and head for the beach – takes a whole 2 minutes.

No through road, close to Encounter Bike path that runs from Goolwa to Victor Harbour, nature reserve behind and sea out front.
