4 - 5 Bedrooms (2x queen beds, 6 singles), 3 living areas, 3 bathrooms/toilets with Spa in ensuite, 2x TV, DVD theatre system, ducted air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, laundry with washing machine and dryer, BBQ, pool table, table tennis, air hockey, soccer table, 2 car garage, outdoor shower, fenced lawned yard.

All sheets, towels and teatowels to be provided by the tenant. Quilts, blankets and pillows are provided.
