One street back from the pristine surf at Middleton, Beach Lovers Holiday Rental Home is the perfect place to stay for a refreshing weekend getaway or a long, relaxing vacation.

The main house has 2 newly-renovated light-filled bedrooms with quality linens, plenty of storage and hanging space, block-out blinds and heaps of retro surf shack style!

Eco-friendly paint, natural sea grass rugs and enviro-friendly products are used for cleaning to ensure this is a low-allergenic property.

All the extras are provided including extra pillows and blankets as well as an alarm clock-radio if you want to get up early to catch the waves-or some fish!

Newly renovated with a modern-retro feel, the large bathroom has all you can possibly need with plenty of hanging space, storage, clothes hamper, walk-in shower and brand new large capacity front-loading washer and clothes dryer. Hand soap and hair dryer provided for your convenience.

Separate toilet/WC is wonderfully decorated in a fun and fabulous Woody (panel van) theme!

The comfortable, well-equipped, open-plan lounge area has a TV and DVD player, new L-shaped sofa, cozy chairs, extra blankets, CD player, iPod dock, a few movies and heaps of books. Light-filled with oversized windows--but with block-out blinds so you can sneak in a nap!

The kitchen is fully-stocked with microwave, kettle, coffee pot, electric fry pan, toaster, utensils, pots & pans and seating for six.

Although reverse cycle a/c is available, opening the front and back doors allow the wonderful ocean breeze to perfectly cool the home-with the added bonus of hearing the waves.

The fully-fenced, enclosed and private, leafy backyard has alfresco seating for four (with additional stacking chairs) so you can enjoy the sounds of the sea while cooking on the large gas BBQ or relaxing in the grassed area.

Give the outdoor shower a go to wash off the salt and the sand-or just to enjoy the experience!

Learn to surf at Middleton Beach in the morning, have lunch at one of the many outdoor cafes or bakeries in Goolwa, Middleton or Port Elliot. Go for a ride on the Cockle Train, enjoy a massage or beauty treatment, or cruise the Coorong. Then, head off to Victor Harbor for a round of golf, a bike ride on the beach and a visit to the SA Whale Centre. Enjoy a day of cellar door tours while visiting the many award-winning wineries in the area.

During the months of June to October, Whale-watching is another great attraction when the Southern Right Wales come to the area to breed and give birth to baby calves. A quick walk to the beach from the house and you will likely be treated to a real show!
