Cosmopolitan lifestyle living is what Richardson House offers, complimenting the sophistication the area offers with its restaurants and cafes, and beautiful garden walks which are at your door step. The home has been designed with a distinctive Japanese style providing an open light filled space perfect for entertaining and relaxing! Each bedroom offers an ensuite and the home is beautifully furnished. The lounge room has a large open fire place and is ideal for those wintery Melbourne days.
The fireplace is free standing and open to the lounge and dining rooms and is perfect for romantic candlelit dining for that special occasion.
The gourmet kitchen has all the modern features you would expect and the laundry is fully complimented with front loading washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.
At night the house has external lighting in the rear courtyard that provides an atmosphere of peace and tranquility.
There is plenty of unrestricted street parking available.
Reverse cycle airconditioning/heating throughout.
Wireless broadband available on request (reasonable usage included).

We have had a great time and the house was perfect. Really great to find milk, condiments, dishwasher powder, etc already here which is a huge help.
