A beautiful secluded cottage set on 2 acres surroundeed by native bushland with birdlife abundant.From the north facing sunny outdoor entertaining area watch the sea eagles fly over.
Pleasent walk to lake foreshore for boating, fishing and swimming.
Recently decorated inside with modest kitchen facilities, lounge with combustion fire,bedroom and bathroom.

Metung Village only 5 minutes by boat or car where you have a choice of restaurants, cafes and galleries. Surrounding area offers opportunities for a wide range of activities including horse riding, visiting wineries,golf,boat hire,lake cruises and much more.
