A very comfortable three-bedroom house with a television room that can double as a fourth bedroom.
Open plan living with extensive water views. The lake is just across the road, and there is a free mooring for one boat.
The house has a wood heater for snug winter holidays.
The house is pet friendly, but the yard is not fenced. Dogs are allowed inside.
We offer house and boat packages - days boats, yachts or motor cruisers - with Possum Cottage. This is a wonderful way to explore the Gippsland Lakes.
A jetty berth is free with this property - please let us know if you are bringing a boat.
Day boat hire available - 15 per cent discount when staying at Possum Cottage.

Locality

Metung is a delightful small village on the shores of Bancroft Bay, part of the Gippsland Lakes. It's the perfect place for relaxing holidays and water sports - boating, water skiing, swimming, canoeing, fishing, etc. The back beach at Metung is ideal for small children to wade.
There are cafes and restaurants in the village, and the nearby golf course also has a restaurant.

The Metung boardwalk starts at Possum Cottage and offers a glorious walk into the centre of the village.
