This simple and comfortable three-bedroom holiday house is perfect for relaxed holidays. A verandah runs across the front of the house with uninterrupted views of Bancroft Bay.
The house is pet friendly with a fully enclosed, large yard.
There is one jetty mooring for a boat with the house.
The wood heater will keep you snug for winter holidays.

Locality

Metung is a delightful small village on the shores of Bancroft Bay, part of the Gippsland Lakes. It's the perfect place for relaxing holidays and water sports - boating, water skiing, swimming, canoeing, fishing, etc. The back beach at Metung is ideal for small children to wade.
There are cafes and restaurants in the village, and the nearby golf course also has a restaurant.

Property

Heron's Rise is just 100 metres from the water, and from the start of the Metung Boardwalk which runs along the edge of the water to the centre of the village.
