Holiday house

Set in a pretty garden this cottage is truly enchanting. The veranda has a 4 burner gas BBQ and small table with two chairs.

The large living/dining/kitchen is spacious enough for a family to entertain and enjoys fantastic views of the garden and mountains. The floors are polished wood with a rug in lounge.

There is a comfy lounge seating for 6/8 around the wood heater. Flat screen TV DVD and VCR with videos and DVDs provided for all ages.
A sony CD player/radio with ipod dock is also avaialable.

The large kitchen is fully equipped and includes dishwasher and microwave. A spacious breakfast bench with 4 stools will be well used.

The dining area is set away from the lounge and has seating for 8/10 with views of the garden.

There are a number of games for all ages,
plus a large wooden dolls house in the bunkroom complete with furniture and dolls!

Queen bedroom is spacious with bedside tables and two lamps. Plus large fitted and mirrored wardrobe with plenty of hanging space.

The bunkroom is also spacious and has 4 king single beds, each with individual reading lights. The top bunks are railed for safety. Another large fitted wardrobe also has a second TV for the kids yet still leaves plenty of hanging space. there is also a chest of drawers between the bunks.

The laundry has washing machine, large sink and tumble drier. Also clothes line outside on rear deck and inside rack available.

The shower room has large mirror and three cupboards for storage.
Toilet is seperate to shower for convienience.
