The apartment has a queen bed, set of bunks, fold out bed, ensuite, living dining room with sofa bed and brand new fully equipped kitchen, television, DVD, stereo/CD player, reverse cycle air-conditioning, doonas, pillows linen and towels are all provided.
The two self contained motel style rooms have an interconnecting door for larger groups or families. Each with queen size bed, a set of bunk beds and ensuite. Kitchenette with sink, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, crockery/cutlery/glasses etc. Heating and air-conditioning, TV/DVD,doonas/pillows/linen/towels provided. Guests also have access to floodlit tennis court, swimming pool and barbecue.
Winter activities include downhill and cross country skiing and tobogganing. A range of other year-round activities include white water rafting, abseiling, trail bike riding, ballooning, trout fishing, wine tasting, 4WD, cycling, bush walking, horse trail rides, motor cycling and 18 hole golf course at nearby Mansfield. Lake Eildon, Howqua River, Lake Nillahcootie are all nearby.

ASH 1 bedroom Apartment includes an elevated deck overlooking the surrounding valley and conveniently located Hunt Club Hotel, which offers excellent meals (7 Days) and service, blazing open fire, local wines, pool table, juke box and ATM.
