The house had everything that would could have possibly wanted and much much more! The location was an added bonus! Pricing Policy

Our property has 6 beds (plus 1 sofa bed) and sleeps 10.

Please note that prices quoted are for 8 people. Additional guests may be charged at $10 per person per night.

Standard exit clean and and linen charge of $390 per stay applies and is ADDITIONAL to the rates shown.
All linen is provided except beach towels and portocot linen which can be supplied on request.

A refundable security deposit of $1000 is required for all bookings. This is returned to you after completion of a check of the property after your departure.

**THE GAP FILLER**
For guests who fill short gaps between bookings we offer fantastic discounts. Ask us for our best rates for this time.

**LONG STAYS**
10% off your total booking cost if your stay is of 2 weeks or more.

We cater to family groups wishing to holiday together. Schoolies booking are not accepted.

In accordance with Gold Coast City Council, Takeabreak and Holiday Rental Group Code of Conduct, we have a strict NO PARTY and NO COMMERCIAL FUNCTIONS policy. Beachhouse101 is situated in a quiet residential suburb, in consideration to our neighbours we require all guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area 'quiet time' From 10pm to 8 am.

Property

Upstairs

Accommodation includes a casual living area with comfortable sofas to relax with large Hi-Def TV and FOXTEL cable box and PS3, X-Box 360 and WiFi internet. Also upstairs is the master bedroom with LCD TV, ensuite and large walk in robe. There are two other bedrooms that share a large bathroom. One of these bedrooms contains two long single beds that can be joined to form a king bed. The other bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a study / 5th bedroom with desk and sofa bed.

Downstairs

Accommodation consists of main living/dining area with comfortable sofas, 52" plasma TV with FOXTEL cable box, DVD player, a fully fitted kitchen and a large laundry. There is also a large bedroom with a queen bed and built-in-robes on this level. There is also a luxurious lounge area with soft natuzzi leather sofas.

Gold Coast lifestyle is all about enjoying life outdoors. Imagine relaxing on a balmy sub-tropical evening, with a cooling drink in your hand in the poolside bali hut or stretching out on sun lounges or melting away stress in the fully fenced pool overlooking the tropical garden and alfresco dining barbecue area. If that isn't enough to find your inner Zen, the soothing sounds of ocean waves and the pristine beachfront is only 200m away.
