Joyful Waters is a large waterfront property and has been designed to accomodate two large family groups. The property boasts a designer kitchen with ice-making refrigerator, quality crockery, cutlery & accessories; ideal for dinner parties. 150 sq feet of decking on three levels runs down to the sandy beach and waters edge, The canal has direct access to the Broadwater and it is only a five minute run to the Casino & Pacfair shopping centre by boat. The main living room has a 62" large screen TV with Foxtel plus there is a seperate upstairs media room with a 52" plasma, seperate Foxtel unit & Playstation 2 for the kids. The media room has a built-in bar & outside deck.
LocalityJoyful Waters is situated 2 km from the surf beaches, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, Jupiters Casino and Broadbeach Restuarant Row. Surfers Central is just 10 minutes away and the theme parks, 20 minutes. The southern Gold Coast beaches of Burleigh are 10 minutes south. It is so close to the action yet you will not hear a sound. Just perfect.

Xmas thru end January & Easter attracts the highest rate ($4200) School Holidays are at a mid-rate ($2600) and an off peak rate ($1950). The all inclusive rate covers 12 persons in the high and mid periods whilst the off-peak rate covers 8. There is a 6 person runabout boat included at no extra charge. There is a minimum stay of 5 nights and for bookings of 10 nights or more there is a free canal cruise (including lunch)for all guests.
